CHORAL
AUDITIONS General auditions for the three Cathedral choirs are held annually for the following year. The choral season begins in September and continues through the Feast of Corpus Christi (usually at the end of May or the beginning of June).

Schola Cantorum
Cathedralis: Liturgical chamber choir
Professional singers
Rehearsals: Thursdays 6:00pm– 8:00pm, Sunday 8:45am call for two
services.
Additional calls for Christmas, Holy Week, and concerts
Wedding soloists and professional cantors are drawn from the Chamber
Singers
Cathedral Singers: Auditioned 50 voice SATB choir
Dedicated, talented, and enthusiastic singers
Rehearsal: Thursday 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Call at 10:00am for 11:00am service every other Sunday
Exceptional singers may be invited to be cantors
Cathedral Women's Schola: Volunteer 25 voice women's choir
Dedicated singers with interest in equal voice and chant repertoire
Rehearsal: Every Tuesday 7:15pm-9pm
Rehearsal and Service: Every other Saturday 3:45pm call and a 5:15pm
service.

Schola Cantorum Cathedralis: 2 vocal solos, one in English and one in Latin
Sight singing is a very high priority
Prior experience in a liturgical choir is preferred
